On Friday, May 29, 2020 from 15.30 to 18.30 foreigners living in Latvia, with families and representatives of the local community, are welcome to attend an educational, creative lesson - a workshop of decoupage. It will take place in Riga, Perses Street 9/11, (door code 10) on the 4th floor.

In a fascinating lesson, we will learn the basics of decoupage technique, we will learn to create adorable dishes and interior accessories with our own hands and will let the interior articles live a second life. In the workshop, each member will make a practicable object.

In the creative workshop programme:

 Basic decoupage materials and techniques

 Design of household objects.

Decoupage (ancient decoration technique) is an interesting and surprising method of designing different objects. It is a decorative technique used to decorate practically anything — porcelain, plastic, wood, paper, glass and even fabric. Using the right working materials – furniture, container sets, wooden boxes and even footwear and clothing – get a new and unique value.

You are welcome to apply! Participation is for free. The number of places is limited.
